Individualized Care

Crestwood Terrace provides custodial care for individuals who are unable to care for themselves primarily due to mental health issues. At times, these issues are further complicated by substance abuse or other compounding diagnoses.

 

A Homelike Setting

Crestwood Terrace residents live in a spacious ranch-style center in a homelike environment with semi-private rooms, tastefully appointed accommodations and convenient amenities and services including meals, laundry, housekeeping service, beauty/barber services, on-site religious services, transportation van and community outings.

Award-winning Crestwood Terrace Life Skills Program SOARs

Recipient of the 2023 National Association of Rehab Providers and Agencies (NARA) Impact Award, the Crestwood Terrace’s life skills program’s creators, including Linda Riccio, OT/L, Vice President of Therapy Services, have since expanded the series to better meet residents’ mental health and discharge preparation needs. The program, which originally featured modules on seven key competencies needed for living more independently, now offers six more additional modules, including G.E.D. and health literacy programs.
